**The Role**
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Contract Manager and the BWOF and Contract Administrator. You will have a basic understanding of the Building Warrant of Fitness requirements under the Building Act and as a Project Support Coordinator, you work closely with Project Support Supervisors and Project Support Team Leaders within your assigned region to provide project oversight, including data integrity, quality control, document control, compliance and handover process for a portfolio of small, medium and large multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects on behalf of a public sector, defence client.

This role is based in **Wellington or Hamilton, New Zealand.**
- Delivering prompt, accurate and timely customer service to all stakeholders
- Liaising with the on-site clients, contractors, service providers and Facilities Managers for clarification of technical issues
- Manage, prioritise and schedule maintenance requests to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Update our management system to ensure the timely rectification of building faults;
- Adhering to KPIs and reporting on service levels
- Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate personnel/management

**Skills and Experience**
- Vocational training in building systems or construction
- Minimum of 2 years of administration/coordination support experience, preferably in a construction/project management environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with project management software and/or ERP is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge and acumen of building systems and National Construction Codes (NCC)
- Developed commercial acumen and working knowledge of contract law
