**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The primary focus of this role is to oversee and manage the brand approval process, ensuring that all brand related materials and initiatives adhere to established brand guidelines and standards to protect the brand integrity for Te Whatu Ora.
The aim is to be one of New Zealand's most trusted brands. This role is responsible for managing the organisation's brand and creative endeavours to ensure they are aligned.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Multiple years of experience managing creative services and developing campaigns, including the digital landscape, channels, and services (in the range of 8 years) with proven success with engaging and influencing diverse groups that demonstrates capability for this communications leadership role for Te Whatu Ora, along with an understanding of the public sector.
- Demonstrates strong relationship building, interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-focused skills, along with successful workshop leadership and experience, and success in the presentation of materials and ideas to achieve cut through and impact of work developed for an organisation.
