The Surfacing Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and Corridor Access Request (CAR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all TTM requirements for the Surfacing Division of the company.

This role entails ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with relevant authorities, and managing CAR processes efficiently. The TTM and CAR Manager will work closely with contract teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient traffic management in construction zones.

In addition to the above you will:
- Plan and assist in developing TTM plans in compliance with local regulations and contract requirements.- Coordinate and obtain all necessary CAR permits for paving activities.- Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth TTM operations.- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding TTM requirements and best practices.- Conduct site inspections to assess TTM effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Ensure that subcontractors adhere to TTM regulations and safety standards.- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in TTM practices and regulations.- Prepare reports on TTM activities, including CAR permit status, compliance metrics, and incident reports.- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to promote a culture of safety and compliance.- Participate in project meetings and provide TTM expertise as needed.- Support the Paving Managers in other related tasks as required.- Ensure community liaison processes are effectively carried out as required.- Lead the Division’s adaptation of NZGTTM
