**TTM Administrator**

Our Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) division is looking for an administration superstar who has a well-rounded skillset, is solution-driven and is strong in financial administration. We're on the hunt for an energetic and motivated TTM Administrator to join our business. Based in Auckland, the role will support our Northern, Central and Southern management units.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the TTM Administrator at HEB, you will be part of the national team dedicated to excellence in temporary traffic management across Aotearoa. We currently provide this service from three dedicated hubs servicing Auckland, Waikato, Hauraki (Northern), Rotorua, Tauranga, Taupō (Central) and Christchurch, Selwyn, Ashburton (Southern).

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

As the TTM Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Claims and Invoices: Generate and process internal and external claims and invoices accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts for internal and external business partners. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Data Management: Facilitate the correction of integrated data in SAP, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy. Monitor and maintain data integrity across various systems, including HEB systems (SAP 4/Hana), SilkRoad (onboarding and L&D), and Vault (incident management/H&S).
- Systems Maintenance: Administer and maintain above systemst, ensuring smooth operation and data security. Provide support and training to users as needed to optimize system utilization.

**KEY SKILLS**

While we provide a variety of training and advancement opportunities for all of our people, to succeed in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in financial accounting or related roles.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana (preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
