**Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced people leader to step into a role that can really make a positive difference to the lives of victims of crime. You will be someone with leadership and coaching experience preferably with knowledge of the Justice Sector and/or Family Violence. You will be leading a team of approximately 9 Court Victim Advisors across 6 sites - Queenstown, Invercargill, Dunedin, Timaru, Nelson and Blenheim. Court Victim Advisors are responsible for information, support and advice to victims of crime during the court process.

The Service Manager role **will be based at the Dunedin Court, **with an expectation that visits to other sites may be required periodically. Remote leadership forms a significant part of this role.

The Service Manager's primary focus is to coach and support employees to increase capability and build a culture of high performance. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to improve operational quality and consistency across the local team and wider National team.

Duties for this role include:

- People leadership
- Coaching and mentoring
- Oversight of a budget
- Service delivery
- Operational management
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Able to work collaboratively with 8 other CSV Service Managers nationally

**He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience**

At least 2 years of recent or current leadership experience and proven coaching capability is essential for this position, as is a full driver's licence. Experience leading people/teams remotely would be an advantage.

**Utu ā-tau/Salary**

The remuneration band for this role is $97,208 - $135,539 and the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
