**Starting salary**: $130,649 - $176,761 negotiable + superannuation

Te tūnga | The role

Reporting to the DCE/DGS Organisational Infrastructure, this is a new role where you will lead services that work to build resilience across all our sites.

Responsible for a team of specialists, the strategic objective of this function is to minimise the risks to our people, organisation, and the data we look after. The function is also responsible for organisational resilience and the prevention, minimisation, and response to critical incidents and other sources of potential harm.

To do this role well you will be adept at building excellent relationships and working collaboratively to get things done. You will be able to build high performing teams, with a focus on supporting the organisation. Your prior experience in leading one or more of the functions included in this role will be an advantage.

- Understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures.
