At its heart the role of Kaiwhakahaere Wāhi Mahi Wheako Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for creating the environment that makes it super simple for all our people to do their best work. This isn’t a role for the faint hearted, it will require you to understand Z’s strategic priorities, our Ways of Working and create and provide a Workplace Experience roadmap that creates functional, comfortable, safe and efficient workspaces that integrate people, place, process, technology and productivity within Z.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Champion the use of our physical office environment in a way that brings the Z Why, our employee experience vision and our Ways of Working to life
- Take responsibility for the Office Management budget (currently $2.2m) and bring about value on this
- Study, evaluate and re-design processes and usage plans to ensure continuous improvement of our office environments
- Manage large scale staff movements and manage the roll out of any changes
- Manage relevant supplier relationships to ensure we are getting the best value and performance including contract negotiations and competitive sourcing
- Ensure effective risk controls are in place and Safety & Wellbeing is operationalised across our office environments
- Ensure front of house cover for our Auckland and Wellington offices, including covering on occasion and manage the Office Experience team

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with responsibility for projects related to workplace experience
- The ability to guide, mentor and influence - both people and pieces of work
- Project, change and stakeholder management experience
- Comfortable working in technology driven environments
- Experience with managing similar scale budget and supplier relationships
- A people focus with human centred design skills preferred
- Supreme organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requests from various channels
- A positive outlook and an optimistic way of problem solving
- Drive and the passion for a challenge

The base salary range for this role is $96,475 to $113,500 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
