**Job Description**:
Due to our previous incumbent stepping into the Shopper Activation Manager role, we are hiring for a Retail Marketing Specialist, or a ‘Shopper Activation Specialist’ as we’d like to call you internally. This role is a great opportunity for a marketing graduate or someone with a few years of marketing experience to make an impact on how the Kiwi consumer perceives the JDE Peet’s brands in the supermarket. You’ll work with fantastic and well-known coffee and tea brands such as Moccona, Jed’s, L’OR, Hummingbird, Bell Tea and Ti Ora.

Are you up for this challenge?

In this role, you will:

- Support with and manage shopper activation projects
- Produce artwork and designs for shopper assets and utilise agencies where required
- Meet with our external agencies (shopper / printing / design / Point Of Sale management / storage agencies) and internal stakeholders (retail sales, category, marketing, finance, supply chain)
- Assist with budget management of the shopper activation budget and raise Purchase Orders in SAP
- Analyse the effectivity of past campaigns by using reports from Nielsen, IRI, Quantium and Dunnhumby
- Manage the Point of Sale and display bin ordering process

For this role as a Retail Marketing Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing
- You are creative, organised and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strongly preferred: proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator
- Competency in several information system is an advantage (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Nielsen/IRI/SAP/Quantium/Dunnhumby)
- You are analytical and can draw the right conclusions from past performance reports
- You have valid NZ working rights
