**About the role**:
As the HR Administration Support you will provide assistance with administration and on-boarding of new starters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Arranging and following up on New Starter Logons and devices
- Welcoming New Starters and completing building inductions
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Coordinating travel arrangements for accommodation and taxis for the new starters
- Collecting access cards and laptops

**About you**:
You will be an initiative-driven, well organised go-getter with previous experience in the Human Resources field. To be successful you will bring:

- Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Sound understanding of MS Office Suite
