**About the role**
We are searching for a legal exec with contracts experience to join our Commercial Risk Mitigation team in beautiful Napier. You will be working with a wide variety of clients to prepare a diverse range of contracts for their use such as Terms and Conditions of trade, Contractor Agreements, Privacy Compliance, and Terms of Use.

If you have a really good head for contracts and legislation, and you know how to research and find solutions to ensure the right detail sits across all documentation, then this could be a great role for you.

A strong understanding of contract law will be hugely advantageous here. If you have a systems and process improvement bent and love technology, then you will have a real impact here. We are looking for someone who can guide and support this key team, and to help take this whole side of our business to the next level - the appointment of this role is all part of our next phase of growth and transformation.

This is a 40 hour per week role based in our Napier CBD office, working 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Working in Napier CBD is great. **About you**

We require a motivated, energetic person who may have experience in dealing with legal documentation and contracts or a general understanding of commercial documents. You may be a legal executive or have studied some law papers and are in another commercial setting looking to step up into a management role and drive change. You will have a hunger to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
