**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) programme is a set of tools and processes that help the organisation match the capacity to care with patient demand. The goal is quality patient care, quality work environment and best use of health resources.

This role will lead the ongoing development, implementation, embedding and utilisation of the tools across the Allied Health Workforce within the District. For further details, please refer to the position description **here**.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- At least 8 years experience post registration working as an Allied Health Professional within Hospital, Healthcare setting
- Have an active registration with the regulatory body and current APC as a relevant Allied Health Professional
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at a leadership level.
- Preferably qualifications in Project Management
- Knowledge of change management, leading projects or change
- Familiar with audit and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Good attention to detail, able to write great reports
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Understand the impact your work has at a strategic level

We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand.

Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland. We are part of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, the overarching organisation for New Zealand’s national health service.
