**The Opportunity**

You will require at least 5 years of experience working as an RN/SW in Mental Health Services, have a sound clinical knowledge base and proven leadership skills.
Alongside ensuring the provision of an excellent standard of care, you will be actively involved in driving forward transformative initiatives aimed at increasing service access, developing a greater choice of interventions and ensuring the service is efficient, effective and encompasses MidCentral’s core values.
Community networks remain an integral part of this service, and as such you will be expected to liaise with local services to build and strengthen these existing connections.
The person we are looking for will need to be flexible and approachable with a partnered approach to working alongside our existing clinical team. You will need to be strong in who you are as a practitioner, show compassion and have the skills needed to promote a supportive and nurturing work environment. Communication skills and a smashing sense of humour are paramount
