To thrive in this position, you should have experience

Key responsibilities:

- Actively sourcing great talents that complement and add to our talent density and culture
- Help to continue to make Figured a great place to work across all our workplaces
- Support our people leaders in day-to-day people matters
- Owning our Health and Wellness initiatives at Figured
- Day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure our people operation continues to support the team and business

Experience & skill requirements:

- Social and content native, experience executing employment branding activities through events, social and content
- End-to-end recruitment, preferably within a SaaS company or similar
- Loads of initiative and a thirst for knowledge on everything people, culture and running a SaaS business
- Strong administration and organisational skills across P&C
- Good up-to-date knowledge on New Zealand Employment law and extra brownie points for Australia, the United Kingdom and the United State employment law
- An ability to deal with setbacks, and changes of plans is all part of being in a high-growth SaaS company, you will possess a great deal of buoyancy and resilience
- Passion for bringing joyful experiences at work, you take your work seriously but not so much yourself, able to have a laugh and enjoy driving connection through social experiences at work.
