**Your new company**

Your future company is looking for a strong communicator and exceptional office support administrator. You will be joining an exciting and progressive company that are looking for someone to hit the ground running and join their fantastic team.

**Your new role**

Stimulating and rewarding, this role encompasses administrative responsibilities as well as a strong emphasis on customer service. You will be responsible for organising meetings, handle orders, scheduling, financial administration, invoices, managing and distributing information within an office.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience within an office environment
- Financial administration - AP/AR, invoicing, expense claims
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous
- Have demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Exceptional customer service
