This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
**What can you expect?**
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Marsh Business Operations team as a Change Implementation Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for delivering our programme of change into the Marsh business teams.
You will be involved in the gathering of local requirements and testing of technology and process changes to ensure that they are fit for purpose before being released, and support the delivery of the technology and processes changes to business users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work well as part of a team, be a good communicator, and well organised. An outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge of the change being delivered as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

**We will count on you to**:
- Meeting with business, operations, and technology colleagues to collect data and other information related to proposed changes.
- Creating and managing a change implementation plan for each project, detailing the business areas impacted and the tasks that need to be completed for the successful implementation of the technology or process
- Executing the change implementation plans for each of the identified projects
- Communicating with business users throughout the change implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Customising the approach to implementation based on business users needs and specifications.
- Educating business users on how to use new technology and system features.
- Creating training documentation to support new technology and system features
**We would like you to have**:
- A relevant university degree and / or project management / change management certification or experience working in change management preferable with a focus on change implementation
- Experience in an Insurance Broking business will be an advantage.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
