Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for an administrator to work alongside our Clinical Nurse Manager of General Medicine. The role includes helping with file management, recruitment of new staff, secretarial support and general administration duties.
The successful applicant will work 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) therefore providing a role that will support your work life balance. In addition, the role provides opportunity for flexible working.

The General Medicine ward is a busy 54 bedded unit based in the Hutt Valley. We have a multicultural workforce who strive to provide excellent care to our patients. You will be joining a team of workers who are passionate about what they do, and work closely together to ensure all our patients and whanau receive the best possible care.
Moū - About you
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
- High level of word-processing skills, minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Strong focus on confidentialityPrior experience in the health sector would be an advantage.
