We provide assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning for people of ages 16 and over who have experienced stroke, fractures, amputations, reconditioning post-surgery, and falls. We also provide older persons mental health inpatient service, complex discharge planning, palliative care, and comprehensive geriatric assessment and treatment. Experience in health care administration is preferred; however, we would support an enthusiastic person who has frontline reception skills.
