This is a key role within our organisation. As an administrator, you will work with a small team to provide professional and efficient administration support functions to our clients (internally and externally). You work closely with one other administrator, sharing the workload which includes reception duties.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming and greeting visitors to reception with a positive and helpful attitude
- Answering phones and redirecting calls as necessary
- Coordination of the transport requirements for our staff
- Booking patients into our Porirua Children's Ear Clinic and other administration tasks
- Typing and formatting of documents
- General administrative tasksMō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team

We are looking for someone that has a cheerful and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude. To be successful is this role, you will also have:

- An organised, methodical approach to your work with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to think outside the square when an innovative solution is required
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong administration skills
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
