**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a reliable team member who possesses a positive ‘can-do’ attitude along with excellent communications skills. You have a keen eye for detail, and you will have a good level of computer literacy. This is a casual role, based on our clients’ corporate site in the heart of Auckland CBD.

Main duties include:

- Mail Processing and Delivery
- Reception duties
- Booking couriers
- Milk delivery
- Providing an excellent working relationship with the client on site
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Meeting room management
- General administrative duties including data entry
- Management of office consumables
- Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards

**About you**

Key Skills & Experience include:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- A keen eye for detail
- Highly reliable
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good level of computer literacy using Microsoft Office
- Administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team working and problem-solving skills
