Permanent rostered position: 32 hours per week

**What you will be doing**

The Facility Assistant provides support to clinical teams by ensuring the facility is maintained to a high standard and is always patient-ready.

This position works on a rostered basis. You must be available to work on a 7 day roster that covers all shifts
- Ensuring clinical and patient areas are stocked appropriately and kept tidy
- Undertaking appropriate procedures and audits to ensure the facility and equipment is maintained to the highest standard
- Greeting patients as they arrive at the 24 Hour Surgery and doing a short assessment to ascertain their appropriate route to receive care

**What you will bring**
- Customer service experience
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- A sensitivity to other cultures while respectfully delivering services
- Relationship building skills
- A good standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy including online ordering skills
