The Recruitment team are expanding and we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the swift and efficient recruitment process for multiple roles across the Hawke’s Bay region which includes Central Hawke’s Bay and Wairoa.
This role may be of interest to those currently in an administrative role who are looking for a change of duties or looking to move in to the Recruitment/HR space. Having experience in the healthcare industry would certainly be beneficial, however the following personal attributes will be required:
- Be system savvy, i.e. good understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be proactive, innovative and self-motivated
- Have close attention to detail
- Be resilient
You will use those skills for the following duties:
- Develop close working relationships with service directors, hiring managers and departments to better understand their operational needs
- Train, coach and mentor with regards to best practice recruitment and selection techniques and practices, including the advice on selection, support tools, process and sourcing strategies
- Facilitate advertising for all vacancies on Te Whatu Ora Hawke’s Bay website, KiwiHealthJobs and other appropriate websites and mediums
- Provide point of contact for job applicants and general enquiries by receiving and/or redirecting telephone calls, taking messages and answering queries as appropriate
- Complete on-boarding of new employees and process joining forms
