This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Change Implementation team who lead, support and advise on the delivery of change across government procurement. While this role is part of New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) within MBIE, you don’t need to be a procurement professional.

You get to build and then lead a flexible team of change implementation experts. You will lead the development and embedding of best practice change management practices within NZGP.

This role reports to the Head of System Improvement and Engagement within NZGP, as part of a newly formed team focused on engaging with the procurement system to drive cultural and behavioural change.

**We are keen to hear from you if you have**:
› A proven track record of leading cross-system integration in a medium to large public sector or business organisation.
› Experience implementing major change that delivers improved service delivery and behavioural change.
› An ability to lead, influence and make the complex simple.

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand permanent residents and be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances.
