Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:

- Organise and control the E2E Testing process of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by Nokia AIM Methodology of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Develop Test Strategy, Test Plan of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Collaborate with Test Resources to deliver Test Book of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all members have sufficient work in the project.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing artefacts is documented and maintained.
- Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Technical Manager of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report to the Customer as per the agreed frequency (e.g. daily, weekly)
- Attend regular customer calls and discuss / review test status
- Act as the single point of contact between Development and Test Teams
- Track and prepare the Test Summary Report of testing activities (testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.) of assigned Fulfilment Project
- Ensure adherence to Project Timeline delivery of different testing milestones.
- Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.

**Your skills and experience**
You have:

- Engineering, Computer Science/IT or relevant tertiary degree
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications or IT
- 10+ years experience technically leading test team during the various test phases of a project
- 5+ years experience test managing complex integrated Fulfilment Projects
- Understanding of OSS/BSS support systems
- Experience in cloud orchestration and cloud-based fulfilment integration
- Experience with Nokia Orchestration product
- Knowledge of Nokia Cloud Solutions Portfolio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer interactions skills
- Collaboration and Team building skills
- Experience with prior test tools such as Jira

It would be nice if you also had:

- ISTQB certification
- Scrum Master Experience
- Pre-sales experience to support test estimation of prospect work
