Reporting to the Head of Product, the Data Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of industry leading data and connectivity for our consumer and commercial businesses. This role will be ultimately responsible for managing data across our front and back-end platforms, company-wide and external PIMs, and synchronisation between disparate systems.

This role has direct exposure to Winning Group’s revolutionary, neuroscientific approach to business strategy, customer insights, marketing and our state of the art website algorithm. The Data Integration Specialist will be influential in assisting the design and overall governance of our data, ensuring a smooth integration with our internal systems and synergy across each of our websites and business centres.
- Solve technical, product and customer data issues, delivering innovative solutions.
- Enhance quality, security, and governance of data.
- Analyse log files to troubleshoot and improve API requests across and between business systems and external platforms.
- Manage a centralised repository with source-of-truth safeguards.
- Adopt KPIs to increase data quality and completeness.
- Forecast and measure actual data performance and accuracy against targets, and identify, document and implement Business Process Improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards for relevant stakeholders across the business.
- Perform audits across multiple database systems to ensure adherence to business standards and protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Data warehousing and ETL principles
- Expertise with PIM systems and processes
- Experience with ecommerce synchronisation platforms
- Restful API experience in ecommerce and marketplace environments
- Familiarity with sql, advanced macros and functions used with large datasets
- Experience with SAP and Cloud Servers
- Expertise with structured data markup, javascript and JSON
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
