**IS Systems Specialist**

**Your Opportunity**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business systems analysis, including facilitation and gathering of business requirements, planning, and execution of testing and implementation.
- Create and maintain as-built system documentation, including process maps.
- Create, plan, and execute training sessions.
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives of the business.
- Analyze and resolve issues and complete service requests.

**Working Hours**:
Enjoy flexible starting times with a mix of office and homework. On occasion, this role may require working after hours and/or weekends for planned technical deployments and maintenance, as well as occasional support for faults/incidents.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Tertiary degree in an IT, Business or Engineering-related field
- Proven experience of 3+ years in implementing, modifying, and supporting business technology and systems.
- Application of Business Analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, change control, implementation, and testing techniques.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in Data & Analytics, preferably with experience in SQL scripting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with the ability to problem-solve and articulate complex scenarios to business users effectively.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, as you will translate business needs into IS specifications and conduct training as necessary.
- Proven experience in several standard ERP processes, such as manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, planning, etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced dynamic FMCG business is preferred.

**Experience in the following areas will be advantageous**:

- Familiarity with modern Data Analytics tools and platforms, such as PowerBI.
- Experience with cloud ERP and/or CRM platforms and integrations.
- Implementation of data & analytics software, like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Implementation of integration software, such as DELL Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Application of formal Business Analysis methodologies.
