**About the Role**

Reporting to the Commercial FP&A Manager, this strategic role will enhance the analytical function of the business. Given the growth trajectory of the business, this role will be key in building out key tools, policies and processes which will help take the business to the next level. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll have a unique opportunity to influence the financial direction of the business, working closely with senior management and stakeholders from right across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and identify business opportunities and risks through the evaluation of market trends

Collaborate with various business units to identify and communicate risks and opportunities, driving improvements and achieving strategic goals.

Provide Sales and Business Development teams with market, product, and customer analysis to drive growth and enhance profitability.

Analyse financial results and contribute to the development of forecasts, budgets, and financial management education across the business.

Engage in financial planning and analysis to develop robust forecasts, budgets, and educate on financial management across the operations.

Develop pricing models and support contract negotiations to ensure balanced growth, risk management, and profitability.

Support the operations teams with cost and profitability analysis to drive both short and long-term business enhancements.

Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing detailed financial analyses and projections.

**So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?**

Demonstrated experience in a similar financial analyst role, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.

Proven ability in business analysis, strategic planning, and executing financial strategies.

Skilled in negotiations and interactions with both customers and suppliers.

Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, with a high proficiency in tools like MS Excel, any experience using Power BI would be an advantage.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines effectively.

Must be CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA qualified with experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented service environments.
