**About the role**

As this is a newly created role in our Enterprise Programme Office, this is your opportunity to get involved in some chunky pieces of work at early development stage - including framing a “one foodies way of delivery” approach on how we prioritise, plan and embed our initiatives, developing & reviewing quarterly plans and product ownership over our portfolio planning tool - sounds exciting right?

As a key member of the EPMO team, you’ll play an important role contributing to enabling the strategic direction of Foodstuffs North Island and its execution plan, working collaboratively and cross functionally to achieve that vision. A trusted partner to the leaders in the business, you will coordinate and facilitate gathering information across the right levels within Foodies to ensure we make the right decisions at the right time.

- Supporting the establishment of a centralised enterprise level Programme Office with a clear authority and mandate to support the delivery of enterprise-wide programmes
- Working collaboratively with Programme Managers, Business Leads and Programme Sponsors and establishing and embedding organisation-wide programme management standards, templates, tools and processes
- Lead the coordination and review of the annual business plan, ensuring collaboration across the business and that it reflects the overall goals and strategic direction

You will need to be a true collaborator with fantastic influencing ability and comfort working with senior stakeholders across a variety of business work streams.

You are hungry to work at “big picture” level whilst simultaneously maintaining attention to detail, using sound judgement to make decisions but still curious and open to challenge the status quo.

Experience in similar strategic planning roles from consultancy firms, corporate strategy or ePMO teams is highly desirable and ideally you will have experience in a retail, or customer focused organisation to offer us here at Foodstuffs North Island
