**What you will be doing**:

- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving support issues related to address changes, order processing, warranty, billing, and payments.
- Providing in-depth product support and researching client issues.
- Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.

**What you will need**:

- Preferably, prior experience in banking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FIS products is a plus.
