Finance Administrator in Hastings AND Accounts & Payroll in Napier
- Temporary (min 2 months), but possible temp to perm opportunity
- Full time opportunities, $27-$35/hr
Our Hawkes Bay clients are in need of experienced, dedicated Accounts Administrators to join their team today.
Starting rate can be anywhere between $27-$35 per hour depending on your experience. These are full-time positions for at least 2 months; one is based in Hastings and the other in Napier.
**Duties and Responsibilities CAN include**:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll (essential for the Napier position)
- Reconciliations
- Month end processing and reports
- GST Returns
- General Ledger
- Proven experience with accounts payables and receivables or general accounts
- Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
- Xero / MYOB / SAP / IMS / NAV experience
- Payroll experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
