**We are looking for a Service Co-Ordinator who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment to come join our friendly Christchurch Team**

This full-time role is essential to the smooth running of our service team and therefore, you will need to be highly organised, show initiative and have effective communications skills. You will also need to ensure you share the timely, accurate and relevant information to Service Technicians to supply seamless service to our customers.

The Key Skills required for this role include:

- Accurate data entry
- Ability to think on the go and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- You will be highly organized with superior time management and adept at prioritizing tasks
- Proactive mindset with high level of initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems
