BDL is a locally owned print equipment supplier of industry-leading vendors like HP and Toshiba. We supply and service cutting-edge technology from global innovators with the authenticity, flexibility, and commitment of a homegrown company.

We are looking for a **Sales Co-Ordinator** to join the BDL team. In this role, you will support the Sales Team in managing the post-sale process from when a sale is made until the equipment is successfully delivered and installed at the customer's site.

**Key Responsibilities**

"Co-Ordinator" is in the job title for a reason You will engage with all parties involved with a sale & subsequent installation - suppliers, salespeople, delivery companies, installers, and customers nationwide.

Your duties will include;
- Arranging delivery and installation details with customers & collecting network information
- Managing stock requirements, ordering & chasing delivery with Suppliers
- Liaising with Store Person, Workshop & Install Technicians & Delivery Drivers & Logistic companies.
- Assisting the Sales Team by providing them with pre-sale contract information, and registering Extended Warranties
- Liaise with the customer from sale to post-installation to ensure any query or issue is understood, addressed, or escalated appropriately.

**About you**

You will have experience in working to tight deadlines and providing excellent outcomes. You will have excellent organisational skills, and be a good communicator & problem solver with an aptitude for learning systems & procedures which are constantly evolving. You will enjoy working within a close team, have the drive to learn, and be willing to take the initiative to make this role your own.
