**The organisation and opportunity**:
Our client is a not for profitorganisation, who provide health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau area. Theyre growing faster than they can keep up with, with now 250 employees and counting. Because of this huge growth, we have two new opportunities available.
**The opportunities**:
There are two permanent, full-time roles available
- The Housing/Health Navigator is based in Manukau.In this role you will be community based, working alongside people in their homes to improve the health and wellbeing of whnau. Previous experience in this space is a must to be considered.
- The School Based Health Lead is based in Mangere, in this role you would be supporting a team of Health Workers that work in primary/ intermediate schools across South Auckland alongside the School Nurse. Healthcare experience isnt necessary for this role, but we are more so looking for someone with strong leaderships skills that can help manage the team and keep them on task.
**To be considered**:
- For both roles, a community/social services background is necessary
- Knowledge of Maori customs and ideologies is essential
- Clean criminal record
- Compassionate, caring, and have a passion for social services
- Permanent NZ residency or citizenship
- Full NZ drivers license
