Front of House Assistant Manager

Job Title**:Front of House Assistant Manager**
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist managing a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
- Assist overseeing that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
- Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems
- Balancing of all daily cash drawers and POS
- Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house itemsorder supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
- Assist enforcing and monitoring all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area
- Gather feedback from our clients
- Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines
- Work closely with Back of House to provide a seamless experience
- Will report directly to Manager
- Responsible for quality assurance of food/drink products
- Any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employee to perform
**Pay rate**: Minimum wages/per hour
Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours, permanent full-time
Requirements for the job:
- Minimum 5 years of caf/restaurant experiences are required
- Relevant bachelors degree or above qualification is required
- NZ Citizens/Residence status
- Full time availability and flexibility to work during the weekend
- No criminal record
