About The Role
**What You’ll Do**:
- Working on creating, updating Reports and Dashboards that are tailored to various business teams.
- You will be responsible for the user management tasks, encompassing profile assignment, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Sharing Rules, and Security).
- Engage with the super user community to gather & analyse requirements and work with the internal Salesforce team to propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
- Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement; priorities, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardised business analytics, tools and processes.
What You’ll Bring
You will be motivated, team oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology. The following qualifications and experience would be highly advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, Flows, validation rules and Process Builder in SFDC.
- SFDC Advanced Administration Certification.
- Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with mínimal direction.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling. Experience with Dataloader or Dataloader.io. A meticulous attention to data quality and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Comfortable with the use of the Microsoft Business Suite and collaboration tools.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
- Strong organisational/time management skills; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with SF1 mobile configuration and App-Builder.
- Experience working in an Agile Framework (Scrum or Kanban) preferred.
- Experience working with Miro preferred.
