**Retirement Villa and Property Support Officer - 32 hours per week**

**The Role**

Presbyterian Support Central (PSC) has recently made some changes to how we support and deliver our services and we are excited about the opportunities ahead to develop our business so that we can continue to make a positive difference for the people who live within our Enliven Homes and Village communities.

This role will be responsible for supporting the General Manager - Property with the delivery of key tasks associated with the sale and purchase of our Enliven Retirement Villas and Apartments, and our property portfolio leases and tenancy agreements.

This will include ensuring that transactions are compliant with the Retirement Village Act (RVA), and keeping up to date with associated legislation, together with management of the administration regarding property leases and PSC’s wider property portfolio.

This role will support PSC to achieve long term sustainability for many more years to come. You really will be able to make a difference to us and the people we support every day you come to work

**About you**

You’ll have a can-do attitude and be comfortable working on your own initiative and have a sound foundation of knowledge and experience covering legal and property support.

Ideally, you will already have experience in retirement village sales and be familiar with the processes that govern how this specific property environment operates.

In addition, you will have:

- Experience in a similar position and/or a relevant professional qualification
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong technology literacy including the use of Microsoft Office and experience in using Finance solutions/software
