Our current village caretaker is looking to relocate from Levin and so we are seeking a suitable replacement to manage the day to day running of this over 50's Lifestyle Village comprising 68 villas.
Key responsibilities:
- The care, upkeep, and development of common area grounds and gardens
- General property maintenance around the village
- Interaction with village residents.
Personal Qualities:
- Physically fit individual. Or perhaps you are a couple looking for a job share lifestyle change
- Practically minded with experience as a groundsman, handyman, or a trade background
- A "can do" mature attitude with a friendly and approachable personality
- A vehicle with towing capability to undertake the weekly rubbish management
Tasks include lawn mowing and maintenance, gardening of common areas, rubbish collection, general villa property maintenance such as window washing, cleaning of gutters and soffits, along with annual tasks such as roof & fence spraying.
This is a live on site, sole charge, fulltime position with a three bedroom house made available at a reduced rental as part of the salary package.
