Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic new team member to join our team based in Auckland on a Permanent full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.

**Core responsibilities in the role include**:

- Responsible for the satisfaction of our customers, responding to customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while scheduling appointments.
- Ability to work to deadlines, KPIs and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
- Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instructions for field technicians.
- Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
- Experience working in call center or internal sales environments (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in customer/contracts administration would be desirable
- Experience in Microsoft suite is desirable.
- Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
- Accurately enter data into systems
