**Is this your next role?**

You'll complete Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) and conduct AML/CFT transaction and account monitoring, and Prescribed Transaction Reporting (PTR), usually as backup support within the team and run the systems User Access Review programme across the organisation.

As the second line of defence at Heartland, the Risk & Compliance team provide independent oversight, challenge and support for operational risk and compliance related matters. The Risk & Compliance team partner with the rest of Heartland to uphold and promote ongoing development of maturity and sound risk management practices throughout the business. There are four areas within the team, being Governance, Advisory, Financial Crime and Assurance.

Keen to learn, your attention to detail is second to none, you handle ambiguity with ease. You're great at building relationships with colleagues, friendly and approachable. Happy to flex, you work at a fast pace.

You're a pro:

- Quality thinker, taking an efficient, practical and common-sense approach to problem solving
- An understanding of AML/CFT would be beneficial
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in and/or an understanding of the Banking and Financial Services Sector is preferable.
