We have a fantastic opportunity for those who are excited by big challenges and delivering brilliant outcomes for customers.

**We are looking for two Financial Crime Analysts to support an organisation's customers by investigating fraudulent transactions. This is the perfect role for those who can draw links between ambiguous data and has proven expereince providing quality service to customers facing challenging situations.**

The role will be focused on analysing current processes, practices and detection methods to identify opportunities for improvements. You will be given the opportuntuy to take ownership and lead ideas and initiatives from inception through to implementation.

In this 6 month temp role you will be working with a highly organised, knowledgeable, and down to earth team, be given full training and will have ongoing assistance during the duration of the role.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of focus, task orientation, with a clear sense of boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability of excellent customer service skills and empathy.
- Strong degree of analytical problem solving to confirm outcomes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel basics, overall good IT literacy
- Some knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment would be an advantage, not essential.
- Clear communicator-both verbal and writing
