The Product Governance & Assurance Team helps BNZ in meeting its product governance responsibilities; ensuring the fair design of products including changes to products, monitoring the risk of customer detriment associated with products and the maintenance of a robust framework of controls and testing around Product Management.

This is a fast paced, exciting, and varied role where you will be able to demonstrate your previous leadership, strategy, and stakeholder managements skills. We work flexibly, and we are encouraged to utilise our six week's annual leave we need and deserve This is an influential role that will provide you with excellent learning and development support as well as future career opportunities.

**What day to day tasks will the person in this role complete?**
- This role is focused on providing world class product governance and assurance.
- On a day-to-day basis this role provides thought leadership around product governance and the link to good customer outcomes.
- We work directly with the Product Management community to ensure their understanding of governance requirements is aligned and being adhered to.
- The role also leads an assurance practice which works with stakeholders across CP&S to give them comfort that their controls are designed and operating effectively and meeting regulatory requirements.
