**The role**:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Product - Southern Hemisphere to join the company and oversee all aspects of the product, from its inception to production. This position is part of the global team and will report to the Executive Team Leader (CTO).

**The details**:

- Ownership of the regional product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while contributing to the global product strategy roadmap.
- Utilizing market insights, stakeholder input, and a commercial perspective to design, lead, and manage data-driven decisions, maximizing value and aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Engaging in research and regular interaction with customers and the Gentrack team to explore and address the next wave of challenges and envision future solutions.
- Collaborating with your team to think innovatively, imagining solutions that solve complex problems.
- Continuously evaluating the impact of your solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures.
- Inspiring and motivating a team of talented individuals to achieve their best work.

To succeed in this role, you should possess several years of experience in a software product role, adapting to change and managing multiple release cycles in an agile and complex environment. Additionally, experience in at least one of the following areas is beneficial:

- Salesforce Industries software
- Enterprise App solutions deployed in a SAAS environment
- Experience in the Utilities industry

Other essential qualifications and qualities include:

- Ability to create and foster partnerships, influencing a diverse range of regional and international stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of drafting and delivering strategic and incisive reports targeted at a senior audience.
- Well-developed business acumen and credibility.
- Experience in building teams and implementing operational plans from strategic frameworks.
- Leadership experience with a collaborative, coaching approach to enable and develop talent.
- Strong conceptual strategic thinking and planning skills, with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
- Ability to engage, lead, and support the business in planning for the creation of new products and enhancements to existing ones.
- Capability to mentor, coach, and lead others, nurturing leadership talent.
- Independence and a focus on outcomes, incorporating learning and feedback into strategies and experiences.
- Effective communication skills to guide discussions with executives, decision-makers, and users.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, delivering results with passion and dedication.
- A proactive approach to represent the product, continuously seeking opportunities to improve engagement and support customer success.
- Experience with product catalog, Billing & CPQ is an advantage.
