We have the opportunity for an Analyst -Kaitātari to join our Customer Contact Group, Rōpū Whakapā Kiritaki on a fixed term or secondment through to August 2024. The TEC Customer Contact Group is an innovative and energetic team focused on delivering excellent customer service to our key customers, tertiary education providers and learners.

Based in our high-performing Workforce Planning and Operations team within the Customer Contact Group, you will support and rectify provider system and reporting issues and manage the analysis of data to identify trends in performance and areas for further improvement. The operations team also provide monthly reports to the wider TEC on insights, highlighted issues, trends, improvements, and feedback, to inform the wider TEC strategy.

- Provisioning bulk information to our customers and monitoring return deadlines for reporting and contractual requirements
- Drawing on your analytic skills to translate numerical data and spreadsheets into user-friendly, accessible information for our staff
- Using your written communication skills to support the wider Service Management team with the development and continuous improvement of written documents
- Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure they are involved, informed, and consulted as needed
- Working on innovation and exploring new ideas of value to TEC and its learners.

- Experience in working in a public sector and or corporate environment
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in workflow management and data integrity
- Previous experience as an analyst and/or advisor in a public sector and or corporate environment
- Proven accuracy and precision, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to form and maintain successful working relationships within and across teams
- Ability to be organised and work in a high pressured, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Continuous improvement and innovation mind-set.

The salary range for this position starts from $84,000 to $99,000 depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
