We are a leading pet nutrition company, selling New Zealand made (from ethical and sustainable ingredients) cat and dog food to over 25 countries. Our unique air-drying process and limited-ingredient recipes are the gold-standard alternative to raw diets.

We are experiencing a sustained period of high growth and investment, and with people at the core of our success, we are on the lookout for an experienced global supply chain manager to become part of our team in Hawkes Bay.

The General Manager - Supply Chain is a key part of the operations leadership team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director. The successful person will play a key role in aligning our sales, production and supply chain functions to meet our high-growth strategy. We have grown quickly, so a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, who is not afraid to get stuck in to build our systems and processes from the ground up is critical.

Key to the role will be taking the lead on our global supply chain strategy, leading the review and improvements of our supply chain processes end to end, and providing coaching and development to a new global supply chain team. Building strong cross functional relationships across ZIWI will also be vital, as will the ability to make fast, data driven decisions to positively impact our growth.
