In this role, you’ll be part of the team executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvements of our Salesforce solutions. This opportunity will see you ensure that our Salesforce platform continues to develop and address business priorities in delivering targeted and personalised experiences. Our function is established, but there’s plenty of room to grow and improve and this role will provide the opportunity to really make a difference and scale up our offering.

**This role can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.**

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their needs, use cases and the pain points they are seeking to address
- Work across the business to ensure that our Salesforce platform continues to develop and address business priorities in delivering targeted and personalised experiences
- Get hands on with building solutions within the entire Sales and Service Cloud platform
- Work with leaders to deliver the Salesforce roadmap
- Contribute within an Agile, cross functional environment
- Produce reporting and dashboards to support insights

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- 3+ years Salesforce administration and configuration experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud would be useful
- Excellent communication skills to understand and articulate business needs
- Experience working within a cross functional agile team
- Practical exposure developing Salesforce based solutions

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
