Our client, a large ASX -listed business with over 500 staff, is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis. _
- Burnside location with parking
- $28-$32 an hour, + medical, life & disability insurance
- Part-time - 25 hours per week with career progression
Our client, a large ASX -listed business with over 500 staff New Zealand-wide, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in a varied, part-time role; 9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday.
Working with the Christchurch team, you will be providing a high level of administrative support across a variety of responsibilities.
**These will include**:
- Providing general administrative support to the GM and Group Managers
- Running and preparation of reports
- Assisting with diary management and travel booking
- Assisting with invoicing in a timely manner
- Establishing and managing Christchurch office operational contracts e.g. travel, security, plants, stationery
- Organising catering and events
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as required
**Key skills and experience**:
- Strong administration background with a High Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive "can do" attitude and lots of initiative
**You will be rewarded with**:
