**About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga**

As the Operations Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for providing accurate reports and analysis for various data sets across the company and ensuring corrective actions are put in place to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. This is an exciting position that will require someone who is attentive to detail, solution focussed and able to facilitate change in a positive way.

This is a full time, permanent position Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. This will be based in our Albany office.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Hands-on data analysis, interpretation, identifying areas for improvement and facilitation of processes
- Run regular reports and monitor data across various parts of the business, ensuring compliance
- Supporting operations and service delivery teams
- Participate in the development of new processes, working closely with Learning and Development Manager.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and teams to implement strategies

- Experience with client management systems and/or CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion and expertise working collaboratively in a team and developing your skills and those of your colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligence
- A love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficult.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Sound judgement and integrity.
- Experience in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectors
- Financial and budget management experience
