The Insights & Reporting Analyst identifies, builds, implements, and embeds self-serve data, reports and dashboards for operations management, monitoring and governance/compliance activities. This is achieved by utilising a broad toolkit of business intelligence, data management and visualisation tools and techniques.

This role is crucial in embedding sustainable evidence-based decision making by creating trusted data products, adhering to reporting best practices, proactively identifying areas for continuous improvement and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- Design and develop high quality business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Undertake user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and work with them to deliver solutions that meet needs of the organisation.
- Collaborate with other areas of Auckland Transport/Public Transport services to ensure our data processes, protocols and data models support the effective and efficient deployment of reports and dashboards.
- Investigating and providing data in response to a customer query. 6. Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to present information in a simple and easy to understand format with commentary

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- A tertiary qualification in business, finance, technology, or related discipline
- Two years of BI development
- Knowledge of Power BI tools and methodologies, including designing, creating, and deploying reports, dashboards, and models.
- Knowledge of data warehouse toolsets, preferably SAP Business Objects, SQL Server management studio
