**Key responsibilities**:

- Use the content management system to upload new content to the website
- Work with the SQC Content Team to help plan the delivery of content
- Assist the SQC Content Team when required to develop SQC content that is user-centered and delivers benefits
- Comply with the quality assurance framework process
- Participate in user-testing of new SQC content as required
- Help create documentation that supports SQC content development, quality assurance, and user testing

We are seeking a detail-orientated and flexible individual with previous knowledge and experience managing/publishing web content in a tertiary education institute or other complex environment.

**Key requirements**:

- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Able to identify and resolve problem, think critically, and come up with creative solutions
- An understanding of web content best practises such as web writing, content design, accessibility
- Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders, including business users, content owners, and project managers
- Strong organisational, planning skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed communications skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and within a small team environment
