Job description
We have a very exciting opportunity opening up for a mobile and PCrepair expert to join our team. We are a telecommunication company that excels in providing tech solutions related to mobile phones, tablets and PCs. We currently have our branches in Hamilton and Te Awamutu.
**About the role**:
In this role, no two days will be similar, as each day bringsyou new and exciting technical issues, which could be hardware, software related or sometimes both.
It is a customer-facing role, where you have to meet ad greet the client, examine their device and book the job appointment.
- With at least 3 years of hands on experience identifying, troubleshooting and fixing hardware/software issues on smartphones and PCs or
- Have related NZ qualification in IT
- Having in depth knowledge of Android OS, iOS, Windows OS and Mac OS
- Having previously working with replacing hardware components on both smartphones and PCs
- Knowledge of website/graphic design and maintenance would be a huge bonus
- Having some previous face to face and over the phone customer service and handling skills
- Previous sales experience would be very helpful.
- Great and polite communicator
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results within the set time
- Must have a Full NZ driving license and be able to travel between Hamilton and Te Awamutu
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Can start immediately.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
