**What will you be doing?**
As a member of the Motor Assessing Team, you will play a key role in quantifying damage to our valued Client's vehicles while assisting management by reviewing escalations prior to the Manager Motor Assessing.
**You can expect to be across the following**:
- Day-to-day management of suppliers
- Maintain sound knowledge and understanding of industry updates, I-Car accreditation, current repair practices, new repair methodologies and products and current market rates.
- Ensuring problems are resolved prior to becoming complaints while ensuring outcomes align with company protocols.
**What you'll need**
- To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Industry-recognized qualification
- Assessing and or estimating experience
- Ability to communicate insights, feedback, and a call to action with clarity and purpose, with a strong Client focus and desire to get things done.
- Ability to solve problems and to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of analytical and critical thinking.
- Resilience and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-change environment
- Strong negotiation skills in challenging situations**.**
